Butler wrote the lyrics and the band wrote the music. It is about cocaine, and it gave its name to the working title of the album, which the label refused. Recorded at the Record Plant in Los Angeles in May and June 1972, it was used as the B-side of the 1976 UK reissue of Paranoid.
