Mustaine wrote the song, which opens the album and was its lead single. The lyrics follow a man who has been unfaithful and sneaks home, knowing that his partner will kill him if she finds out. Mike Anderson and Paul Sudin sing additional backing vocals on it.
The video was directed by Penelope Spheeris and released on 28 April 1987. It shows the band on a stage surrounded by a wire fence while fans crowd-surf and climb it, all with a blue tint. Spheeris later featured Megadeth in her film The Decline of Western Civilization Part II: The Metal Years.
