Gentle Giant, 1976

Released

Label
Chrysalis (UK), Capitol (US)

Interview takes the form of an imaginary interview and pokes fun at the state of the music industry and at the questions rock stars are asked. It reached 137 in the United States. Derek Shulman, who was managing the band at the time, later said he thought Interview was the start of the erosion, with the creative juices starting to wane. The album was reissued in 2012 with a quadraphonic mix and new sleeve notes written by the band.
