The first track on Zayna Jumma, credited to the group, was recorded by Hisham Mayet at the band's home in Dakhla in 2010. Doueh plays guitar and tinidit, Halima Jakani sings and plays ardin and percussion, Hamdan Baamar plays drums and Al Waar Baamar keyboards and organ, with Lamnaya and Traicha on vocals and percussion. Blogcritics heard it following traditional lines, with the tinidit as the lead instrument, and Afropop Worldwide counted it among the album's three high-energy openers.

Sublime Frequencies printed no lyric translations for the band's records after the debut. Mayet has said Doueh's lyrics are mostly simple love songs about courtship, family and country.

Live

setlist.fm logs it once, at the Eurockeennes de Belfort on 9 July 2017, when Group Doueh shared the bill with Cheveu. Both uploads in the hypersongs web are the same studio recording from the album.
