The eighth track of AmeriKKKa's Most Wanted features Chuck D and was produced by the Bomb Squad, with Cube and Sir Jinx as co-producers. In it Cube predicts his neighborhood becoming a flash point before the Rodney King case. Cube said it was not from the future: it was talking about history, and it had always gone like this between black people and the police. Hank Shocklee compared its impact to a volcanic eruption that everyone got to see, though it had not started there.
Pitchfork's Eric Harvey noted that its subtitle was flipped from a syndicated TV horror show, that a news anchor frames the track like an investigative report, and that it used George Clinton's Bop Gun scream. Harvey wrote that Chuck D acted as something of an older brother to Cube during the sessions. A remix, running 4:11, opened the Kill at Will EP and was issued as a single in 1990 with Dead Homiez on the B-side.
