Still came out on 9 October 1981, after the band had become New Order. It gathers studio material that had gone unused or unavailable, plus a live recording of Joy Division's last concert at Birmingham University. That recording holds the band's only live performance of Ceremony, which New Order later released as a single. A cover of the Velvet Underground's Sister Ray, recorded at the Moonlight Club in London on 2 April 1980, is also included.

Still reached number 5 in the UK and number 3 in New Zealand in February 1982. The CD, issued in March 1990, was the first edition to drop Twenty Four Hours. Klein called it "a ragged, enigmatic coda" in Pitchfork. The 2007 remaster added a bonus disc recorded at the Town Hall, High Wycombe, on 20 February 1980.
