Recorded in mid-2023 in a largely empty home in upstate New York, mixed by Seth Manchester and mastered by Heba Kadry. It scored 90 on Metacritic, the fourth-highest mark of 2024 on that site, and Pitchfork named it Best New Music. Stereogum's Chris DeVille called it a fantastic record that should not have to exist, and AllMusic heard a band at its peak. The band rerecorded the same eight songs acoustically as Tears of Injustice in 2025.
