Released with its video on 2 March 2021 as the first taste of Afrique Victime, where it is the fourth track. Moctar explained that the title means your tears, and called it another love song he is very fond of. Coltun produced and recorded it and plays bass and drum machine, with Ibrahim on drums, Madassane on rhythm guitar and Cem Mısırlıoğlu on extra percussion. Seth Manchester mixed it.
AllMusic called it a sweetly devotional love song, Stereogum a dusty acoustic reverie, and Afropop's Ben Richmond heard the band in a gear rarely heard from them before. The video was filmed in Niamey in 2020, when Coltun had travelled out to prepare the album, and follows the bright, coordinated movement of an ordinary day in Niger.
Live and other versions
The band played it on their Tiny Desk (Home) concert, filmed outside their house in Niamey and published in May 2021, with Ibrahim on calabash. A short demo appeared on the 2022 deluxe edition, and Debmaster remixed it with the rapper MC Yallah for Afrique Refait. The upload in the hypersongs web is the official music video, which uses the album recording.
