Made across a run of London studios and one in New York, with Robert Del Naja of Massive Attack among the writers of Manchild. It reached No. 2 in Britain, where it spent 43 weeks on the chart and went platinum, and No. 40 in the United States. NME's David Quantick praised its immediate, commercial pop, and in 2013 the Swedish magazine Sonic ranked it the fifth best Swedish album ever. Its anniversary reissue later set off The Versions.
