Privacy Policy
Effective 8 July 2026
This policy explains what hypersongs collects and how it's used. We aim to collect as little as possible.
What we collect
Email address — for passwordless sign-in and occasional service emails (such as a set digest). What you create — the sets, links, notes, and titles you add. Basic usage — activity needed to run the Service, like play and share counts on tracks.
How we use it
To sign you in, store and display your sets, count activity, and send emails you'd expect from the Service. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies
We use a single first-party session cookie to keep you signed in. No third-party advertising cookies are set by hypersongs.
Third-party content
Tracks are links to third-party platforms (e.g. YouTube, Spotify). When their players embed on a page, those providers may receive request data and set their own cookies under their own privacy policies. We don't control that.
Retention & your choices
We keep your data while your account is active. You can ask us to export or delete your account and its content at any time by emailing us.
Changes
We may update this policy; the effective date above reflects the latest version.
