Terms of Service
Effective 8 July 2026
hypersongs ("the Service") lets people discover music and build sets — collections of linked tracks that grow into a shared graph. By using the Service you agree to these terms.
Using the Service
You must be old enough to form a binding agreement in your country. You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in email secure.
Your content
Tracks in the Service are links to media hosted by third parties (such as YouTube and Spotify); hypersongs does not host or stream the underlying audio or video. You keep any rights you have in the sets, notes, and text you create. By adding them you grant hypersongs a non-exclusive licence to store and display that material within the Service so it can function.
Acceptable use
Don't use the Service to post unlawful, infringing, hateful, or harmful material, to link to content you have no right to share, to spam, or to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms.
Third-party services
Playback and embedding rely on third-party platforms, each governed by its own terms and privacy practices. hypersongs isn't responsible for third-party content or availability.
No warranty & liability
The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, hypersongs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the update. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date above.
