Yuce Dag Basinda

"Yuce Dag Basinda" is a traditional Turkish folk song, listed on setlist.fm as a traditional cover; no named collector or original performer was found. The band released it as a single with a video on January 13, 2021. They call it a naughty song: a lover asks to visit in the morning rather than at night, so that they can be together without interruption.

Dasdemir told NPR that a childhood memory of a film balcony scene in which a favorite actress sang it made her want to do a tribute to her, and that this track felt closest to her heart. Gigwise heard 70s disco, 80s synth and Turkish influences with a prominent keytar; Rhythm Passport called it a skippy, almost playful number with melodica, cowbell and a vintage Roland CR-78 drum machine. The video, conceived, directed and edited by Bregt Pepijn Verhagen and Tom Ooms, was described as a brightly colored and stylish fever dream with dancing, costume changes and fruit.
