Firin' in Fouta

Sama Duniya is the seventh track on Firin' in Fouta, at 5:19. Donal Lunny played bouzouki and bodhran, and David Bottrill added keyboard drones. The Baltimore Sun described it as loping and hypnotic, mixing West African percussion, an East Indian drone, dancehall bass and funk clavinet into a near irresistible rhythmic stew. Robert Christgau named it, with Swing Yela, in his Consumer Guide review of the album.
