Gimme More

Danja produced it and co-wrote it with Jim Beanz, Marcella Ms. Lago Araica and Keri Hilson. Spears began working with Danja in July 2006, and recording started in Las Vegas that August. Hilson said she wrote the song with Spears in mind after hearing Danja's instrumental. The track opens with Spears saying, It's Britney, bitch, and closes with a speak-sing outro by Danja, who said he added it to stake his claim because it was one of his first solo productions.

It was released on 31 August 2007 as the lead single, reached number three on the Hot 100 and number one in Canada. Spears first performed it at the 2007 MTV Video Music Awards on 9 September 2007.
