1890

Lyrics sites list "1890" at 3:11 as track six of When the Devil Goes Blind (2010) and again on I Dreamed I Saw Paul Bunyan Last Night (Chaperone, 2013), whose release date is given as September 30 or October 1. Whether the second is a re-recording is unknown. A lyrics-page summary says the song concerns the aftermath of the 1890 Wounded Knee massacre from a burial party's point of view, but a second search found nothing to confirm it, so we do not rely on it. The writer credit, setlist.fm counts, covers, samples and any video were not found, and the version of our upload is not known.
