Call Me opens side one of Wind and every later edition of the album. It was recorded at Odhecaton in Venice with Ermanno Velludo as engineer. Masin sings and plays the Korg Poly-800 and piano, and Alessandro Monti plays bass and sings backing vocals. Like the rest of the record it was made quickly, without overdubs.
Music From Memory chose it for Talk to the Sea in 2014, the compilation that revived Masin's name. The Herb Sundays newsletter has heard parts of Wind, Call Me among them, as a forerunner of Yves Tumor's Limerence. The upload in the hypersongs web is the 1986 Wind recording as issued on the 2014 Music From Memory compilation Talk to the Sea.
