A Brief History of Now

Wobble wrote, produced and played the album with Klein, who said it took them three quarters of a year. Wobble called it all about the dopamine rush and described it as pretty commercial, adding that Klein is the man for anyone who wants a post-punk guitarist. Last Exit was the lead single, with a video made with Vicente Cordero of Industrialism Films, and the label promoted the record with concept videos.

At The Barrier called it "bafflingly and bewilderingly brilliant", and Ghost Cult gave it nine out of ten as a worthy addition to an impressive body of work.
