Dave Dixon recorded the Gibson Amphitheatre show on 28 June 2006, near the end of the All the Roadrunning tour. Guy Fletcher produced, engineered and mixed the CD at British Grove, and Bob Ludwig mastered it. Martyn Atkins directed the concert film, which adds I Dug Up a Diamond, Born to Run, Song for Sonny Liston and Belle Starr to the CD's running order, along with a documentary and interviews. The set mixes Knopfler's songs with Harris's Red Dirt Girl and Boulder to Birmingham. The cover shows his National Style O resonator, the guitar on the Brothers in Arms sleeve.

It went gold in Germany. AllMusic praised the playing but found the songs close to the studio versions and preferred the DVD. PopMatters felt it sounded like two stars at the same show rather than two stars together, while The Music Box picked out Romeo and Juliet, Speedway at Nazareth and Red Dirt Girl.
