Released as the lead single on 23 May 2005, it features Ciara and Fatman Scoop and was produced by Elliott. It samples Cybotron's Clear and Hot Streak's Body Work, and Curtis Hudson of Hot Streak shares the writing credit. It peaked at number three on the Hot 100. Ciara said it is about how music makes you feel and makes you lose control. Elliott said Ciara was the only person who could pull it off with her, because it is a record with speed, and that the hardest part was convincing her to rap.
Dave Meyers directed the video, which won a Grammy, with the song nominated for Best Rap Song. At the 2005 MTV Video Music Awards it won Best Hip-Hop Video and Best Dance Video. It was the most played video on BET and MTV2 that year. The Guardian wrote that it combines 80s electro-inspired synths and a drum machine, Ciara cooing an old-fashioned R&B hook and Fatman Scoop shouting his head off, and that it should not work but works perfectly. It was part of her 2015 Super Bowl medley with Get Ur Freak On and Work It.
