Erased Tapes released the second album in April 2010. In 2010 he also went on a well-received Asian tour organised by the China-based promoter Split Works.
Pitchfork's Brian Howe scored it 7.0 in June 2010. He wrote that bulky strings are built around skeletal piano frameworks, with sparse electronic loops for detail, and noted that a few tracks bring in laidback rock percussion, shimmering synths and celestial vocal harmonies. He praised the circular phrases of Loftið Verður Skyndilega Kalt, the string part of Undan Hulu and the tempo shift of Hægt, Kemur Ljósið, and thought Kjurrt pure wallpaper.
An audience recording of the 1 July 2010 concert at the Bridgewater Hall in Manchester is on the Internet Archive. It has him playing the album in full, with no clapping between songs.
