The second Casanova single, a wry song about philandering.
The Divine Comedy, from Casanova (1996)

Casanova

The second single from Casanova came out on 12 August 1996 and reached number 27. Larman, in The Critic, reads it as a wry look at male philandering and consent, and says it helped establish Hannon as a New Lad, somewhat to his bemusement. NME grouped it with Something for the Weekend as one of Britpop's least obvious classics, and named its movie fantasy.
