The fourth single from the album is a duet with the Scottish musician Donovan, who sings falsetto and high harmony. Donovan sang on it at Morgan Studios in London, and described it as a horror story song. BMI lists the writers as Cooper, Michael Bruce and Reggie Vinson, a session guitarist who had worked with the band, while some sources list Cooper, Bruce, Neal Smith and R. Reggie, an allusion to Vinson's nickname Rockin' Reggie Vinson. Steve Hunter and Dick Wagner play lead guitar, with Bruce on rhythm, Dennis Dunaway on bass and Smith on drums.

Record World said the single should see billions of Cooper babies flocking to the stores. The song appears in 2,086 of the 2,253 logged setlists from 1996 to 2026 that list songs.
