Gantz Graf was written by Sean Booth and Rob Brown and is the title track of the EP released by Warp on August 5, 2002, 3:58 long. The upload on hypersongs is almost certainly Alex Rutterford's video, the only widely known form of the track on video, though this was not verified from the upload itself.
The video was made by Rutterford and produced by Lost in Space. It shows an abstract object, or agglomeration of objects, that morphs, pulsates, shakes and dissolves in sync with the music. According to Wikipedia, Rutterford says the idea came during an LSD trip and that there is no generative element: each three-dimensional object was manually synchronized with a particular sound element or frequency range. The aepages wiki, seen only in a search summary, puts the trip at around 1996 or 1997 and says the video took more than four months and was animated in Lightwave 3D, citing a 2004 icon magazine interview. Rutterford's earlier unofficial video for Eutow, from Tri Repetae, was made for Channel 4's Lo-Fi in 2001; he also did Amon Tobin's Verbal in 2002, Radiohead's Go to Sleep in 2003 and the artwork for Draft 7.30 and Untilted.
