Crazy Itch Radio came out on 4 September 2006 and reached number 16 in the UK, and number 1 on the UK dance and independent charts. Buxton said the title meant the crazy itch of life is the thing that inspires and motivates you to act. The duo made about 40 songs and later narrowed them down, and they used Balkan horns on the record. Guests include Linda Lewis, Robyn, Lily Allen and Martina Sorbara, credited as Martina Bang.
Singles were Hush Boy, Take Me Back to Your House and Hey U. For Hush Boy they worked with the singer Vula Malinga, kept her vocal and redid all the music, which they said gave them a tremendous amount of freedom. Metacritic gives the album 73 out of 100.
