A demo, the "8 Track Version", was posted to Johnny Jewel's SoundCloud in November 2014, and the song was released in 2015 through Adult Swim's singles series, on September 9 by Wikipedia's date and a day earlier by one news report. It was taken from the then upcoming Dear Tommy, and is not on Kill for Love.

On May 21, 2017 Chromatics performed it at the Roadhouse, the Bang Bang Bar, and it ran over the end credits of Twin Peaks: The Return Part 2; the four band members star in the official video, and Miller wears the Owl Cave ring. The video was shot in the Red Room and directed by Rene and Radka, as reported on May 22, 2017, and it is a new version of the song. It is on Twin Peaks (Music From The Limited Event Series). No credits, comment by the band on its meaning, chart history or covers were found, and which version our upload is, the 2015 single or the 2017 Red Room version, is unknown.
