This career-spanning compilation splits into a best-of disc and a companion disc of remixes and obscurities. Pitchfork's Stuart Berman said it opens with the unreleased theme to Soderbergh's The Girlfriend Experience, then reaches back through the catalogue. The second disc leads with a remix of The Ballad of Sarah and Jack by Geese, and carries competing versions of Don't Die Just Yet by Arab Strap and Mogwai, as well as an unreleased Kevin Shields mix of Living Room.
The official site announced the album for 26 April 2010 and offered the Shields and Geese remixes for streaming.
