Conflict

Conflict, made with Uhuru Yenzu, is Taylor's fourth album by Derek's Music Blog's count, and he wrote, arranged and produced all five tracks. It was a success in Ghana and was reissued on vinyl by Mr Bongo on January 1, 2014. The line-up listed there is Ebo Taylor on guitars, keyboards and vocals, Max Hammond on drums, David Lamptey and Paa Kwesi on bass, Tom Prize on congas, George Amissah on alto saxophone and George Abunuah on tenor, with one other percussionist whose instrument the source gives inconsistently. Derek's blog describes blazing horn and keyboard stabs and soulful harmonies when the horns drop out.
