Yanya wrote it alone and John Congleton produced it, with Adam Pickrell on keyboards, Congleton on drum and bass programming and Joey Waronker on drums. It was not a single, and Wikipedia notes it was among the songs written long before the album. She told The Current that she wrote it when she was 15 and later rewrote the lyrics for a particular project, saying I rewrote it, and it was just better, and I guess it's nice to know that songs don't always have a shelf life. NME called it haunting, about anxiety and the stresses of modern life; the age she gives and that review's reading are noted as differing sources.
