Music is by the band and lyrics by Max Cavalera. It was the second single from Arise. Because the band had recorded little material for B-sides, it shares its artwork, a detail of Michael Whelan's album cover, and its extra tracks with Under Siege (Regnum Irae). Those were a cover of Motörhead's Orgasmatron and a re-recorded Troops of Doom. The video shows the band performing in the wilderness, with imagery from the album. It is on the VHS Third World Chaos, later reissued on DVD in the Chaos DVD set.

Decibel counted it among four classics on Arise and noted that MTV could not ignore the demand for its video. The song also plays on the Liberty City Hardcore station in Grand Theft Auto IV: The Lost and Damned and Grand Theft Auto: The Ballad of Gay Tony, where Max Cavalera acts as the radio DJ.
