"Aht Uh Mi Hed" is track four on Inspiration Information, 4:14, written and produced by Otis and issued in October 1974 on Epic. The title is spelled differently in print: Aht Un Mi Hed in The A.V. Club, At Uh Mi Hed in Spectrum Culture, Aht Uh Mi Head in The Second Disc. The Second Disc hears a reggae-influenced feel and simple lyrics, with strings that lend a majestic if unsettling feel. Spectrum Culture's Edward Dunbar describes the blocky rhythm of the Maestro Rhythm King MRK-2 with plucked cello, chiming acoustic guitars and sax swells, and Otis sounding playful; The A.V. Club puts it with "XL-30" as psychedelic roller-rink music, Sly Stone meets Sun Ra.

The Swiss producer Ripperton made a Hat Uh Mi Hed edit in 2016, a 12-inch of more than 11 minutes, with full vocals entering about five minutes in. No statement from Otis about its lyrics, no chart, covers or samples of this track were found; Sharon Jones and the Dap-Kings covered the title track of the album in 2009. Our second upload is titled with the album, so presumably the album version.
