Strawberry Bricks calls it the first real showcase for synthesizers on Motivation Radio, and one reviewer of the 2007 reissue heard the kind of rolling synth piece Pink Floyd might have tried in 1977. Billboard named it among the album's best tracks. On stage it grew: an eleven-minute version from the Marquee in August 1978 is on Live Herald, and a fifteen-minute performance from the Rainbow Theatre in 1977 was described by Louder as trance-like cosmology. Hillage used the title for his twenty-two-disc career box set in 2016.
