Unidentified (Flying Being) opens the second side of Green, the side headed OM Rock, and leads straight into U.F.O. Over Paris. It was written by Hillage and Giraudy with the bassist Curtis Robertson Jr., recorded at Ridge Farm in December 1977 and mixed at Pink Floyd's Britannia Row. Like much of the album it is about aliens and contact with other beings, carried by Hillage's guitar synthesizer and Giraudy's vocoder. He played it on the 1978 and 1979 tours; a live version from Glastonbury in June 1979 is a bonus track on the 2007 reissue of Green, which is the source of the upload in the hypersongs web.
