I've Had It is track twelve on Whatever, at 4:42. Mann wrote it about her frustrations with Epic when the label would not release her from her contract, and said it was influenced by Simon & Garfunkel. The arrangement is among the album's most layered. Jon Brion plays piano, Optigan, B-3 and Wurlitzer organs, celesta, tack piano, piccolo flute and bottles, Mann plays nylon-string guitar, Michael Hausman plays bass drum, tongue drum and congas, and Mike Breaux adds bassoon.

In 2003 the writer Nick Hornby included it in his book Songbook, a list of songs that changed his life.
