Howard Guard directed the video, with Gail Lawson as the model. It was Bauhaus's final commercially released single, reached number 26, and earned the band their third and last Top of the Pops appearance. It was in the setlist when Bauhaus played Coachella in 2005. Kerli covered it in 2007, A Forest of Stars in 2012 and Crippled Black Phoenix in 2020.
