Rewind is the fourth track on Rose in the Dark, 2:23, written by Dean Josiah Cover and Cleopatra Nikolic. It was not a single, and the studio and recording date were not found. God Is In The TV's Matt Hobbs wrote in 2020 that it is where Sol's lyrical authenticity is most apparent, that it interestingly uses a voicemail message from her friend, is distinctively London in accent, and flows directly into the title track. A blog calls out its jazzy bassline as a standout. A 2026 blog post reads the lyric as recalling sleepless nights and a bank account that had reached zero, which is the blogger's reading and not Sol's words; Sol's own explanation of the song was not found.
Setlist.fm counts seven performances. It opened the Hollywood Bowl show on April 4, 2025, and a search snippet says it was the third song at KOKO on June 7, 2022 and opened Radio City on March 23 and 25, 2025, which was not confirmed.
