Blackmore, Gillan and Glover wrote the song, the first on Perfect Strangers. It received heavy airplay in the United States and was released there as a single in December 1984. In Britain it was the second single, in June 1985. The Seattle SuperSonics used it for their lineup introductions at home games.

The lyric is full of sexual innuendo. Gillan has said the innuendo was a joke. It stayed in the live set until 1994.
