Play on hypersongs

With Hackett gone, Banks, Collins and Rutherford chose not to replace him, and Rutherford played all the guitars. The songs are shorter and more direct, and the album closes with Follow You Follow Me, placed last to end on a lighter note. It reached three in Britain and fourteen in America, where it eventually went platinum. Banks said he missed a fluent guitarist, and Rutherford admitted he did not think it great; Christgau said the band had lost its last focal point.
