Band members call it the Mama album. It was the first made start to finish at The Farm, their converted cowshed in Surrey, with Hugh Padgham engineering, and much of it came from improvisation. It reached one in Britain and went four times platinum in America; Mama was their highest British single and That's All their first American top ten, and Second Home by the Sea was nominated for a Grammy.
