Samba Demais was Valle's first album, released on Odeon in 1963. Half of the songs are by Marcos and Paulo Sérgio Valle, among them Sonho de Maria, which the Tamba Trio recorded the same year. The rest come from other writers: Vivo Sonhando and Ela É Carioca by Antônio Carlos Jobim (the second with Vinicius de Moraes), Ilusão Atoa by Johnny Alf, Moça Flor by Durval Ferreira and Luís Fernando de Oliveira Freire, Canção Pequenina by Carlos Pingarilho, and A Morte de um Deus de Sal by Roberto Menescal and Ronaldo Boscoli.

Ten years later Valle closed Previsão do Tempo with De Repente, Moça Flor, a title that echoes Moça Flor from this record, according to Mauro Ferreira of G1.
