Rainbow River

Bunyan wrote it. Wikipedia gives 3:22 and another source 3:23. Kirby arranged the strings and recorders, and Uncut, in a search snippet we could not open, describes a quartet of recorders. Bunyan told Clash in 2022: I remember we disagreed on the arrangement for "Rainbow River" - I was so protective! And when she raised it years later, he just smiled. A 2018 collection of Kirby's orchestrations, When the Day Is Done, is said to include it, but that was not verified at the source.

Setlist.fm shows three plays, among them seventh in the Roundhouse set on April 20, 2024. No account of the song's subject in her own words, charts, video or covers was found.
