Debra closes Midnite Vultures at 13:46 and ends with a hidden track. It was inspired by Prince's Adore and by David Bowie's Win.

The Guardian ranked it first among Beck's songs. It called it the Princeliest of the album's Prince homages, yet good enough to become a Beck song again, with Beck in a falsetto and a ludicrous suburban loverman persona who chats up a girl working in a JCPenney and tries to arrange a threesome with her sister Debra, without being sure of her name.
