Nervous Breakdown is sung by Keith Morris, on the only non-compilation Black Flag release to feature him. It was the first release on SST. Dukowski told Flipside in 1980 that songs like it are tied to personal tension that has to come out, or you end up kicking the bedroom door off.
Rise Against recorded it for the soundtrack of the 2005 film Lords of Dogtown.
