The first of Young's Special Release Series gathers the band's 1969 sessions, with Danny Whitten on guitar and vocals. Eight of the ten tracks had never been released in any form, among them a Crazy Horse Helpless cut at Sunset Sound on 9 October 1969, a minute longer than the version Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young released. Whitten wrote Look at All the Things and co-wrote Come On Baby Let's Go Downtown. Mojo called it short but sweet, and it reached 12 in Germany.
