- Odeon (MOFB 3596)
- Producer
- Milton Miranda
Odeon issued it as MOFB 3596, with Milton Miranda producing and Lyrio Panicalli as musical director. Wikipedia lists three self-titled albums, in 1970 on Odeon, in 1974 on Odeon and in 1983 on Som Livre; this is the first. The studio and recording dates were not found. A Rush Hour note says it was made under military rule and blends samba, bossa nova, baiao, American black music and rock, and that the horn blasts of Ele e Ela were sampled on Jay-Z's Thank You.
It was reissued in 2011 in the box set Marcos Valle Tudo, whose bonus tracks were instrumentals of Esperando o Messias and Freio Aerodinamico and the B-side Berenice; Vampisoul reissued it on 180-gram vinyl as VAMPI 318 LP in 2025, remastered from the original tapes. The Golden Boys sing on Esperando o Messias, and Angela Valle plays piano and sings on Suite Imaginaria. UK Vibe's Mark Jones gave the reissue four out of five on June 1, 2025.
