Union Station recorded the shows at the Louisville Palace on 29 and 30 April 2002, with Down to the River to Pray taken from Austin City Limits. Gary Paczosa recorded and mixed it, and Doug Sax and Robert Hadley mastered it. Across two discs and 25 tracks it includes Baby, Now That I've Found You, I Am a Man of Constant Sorrow and a live Ghost in This House at 4:30. It won the Grammy for Best Bluegrass Album, and Cluck Old Hen won Best Country Instrumental Performance.
The album reached number 36 on the Billboard 200 and number 9 on the country albums chart. A DVD of the concert followed in 2003, and both were certified double platinum. Craft Recordings reissued the album as a three-LP set in 2025, which Americana Highways reviewed in 2026 as "more for aficionados & completists".
